An occasional speeding ticket is somewhat understandable since those are often more about revenue generation than safety. But all those mixed with other moving violations is very bad. I'm guessing you need 5-8 years with no tickets, and you had better be under the age of 30.
Also it well help if you didn't get any tickets after you started flying professionally.
But you might as well apply, you never know.
