I think its too late to reverse course for this contract.
The die is cast.
Moak's "constructive engagement" will either succeed or it will fail.

So far, it doesn't look good. I was hopeful that our new relationship with management would have led to some contractual adjustments after we cleared bankruptcy and started making profits again. That it would be more of a continuous process rather than a huge all or nothing deal at the amendable date. Now it appears we are going to DEC 2012 and probably beyond working under this same awful contract.
The "Recovery Compact" was a one way street.
