Great idea Busboy except ... it might make the FDA even harder to staff. I suspect we are too close to peak to invoke 4.a.2.b in order to force folks to bid to the FDA (like last time
). It will be interesting to see how they man the f/o seat this time? Can you say new hires (maybe with prior 757 time)?
