The rapid change in ASA out look is fairly interesting. There is no way that all of this is coming from a few 70's. My question is what it the next big announcement that will make sense of all of this?
Delta will be making an annoucement real soon. They will announce that they will be lowing the retirement age to 55(bankruptcy judge will allow this), thus requiring them to shift more flying to the regional level. Let the regionals bare the cost of training. ASA will be flying CRJ 900s to cover the flying. Theroy, all theroy.
