Well as bad as the letter was earlier this week the update today was just as good. I was really impressed with the author. His and the other upper upper management's street cred went up in my book. Not the previous middle management letter and half-assed apology.
Responsibility was taken while still using numbers and facts to show their side of the story... It feels worse/the same as 2010 but numbers don't lie. Just furthers the point that it's the efficiency not the staffing.
