Not everybody - Delta has it figured out and the classes at Comair are always filled.
When we need 10 first officers, they simply ask the bottom 10 Captains "do you want to be a 12 year FO at Comair or a first year FO somewhere else?"
Works every time. Every class filled. Brilliant, Delta. Truly brilliant.
