Dow was 8281 on Bush's last full day. When BHO took the oath on Jan 20, 2009 it closed down 332 pts to 7949 that day. Went down further to eventual low of 6469 on Mar 9, 2009 for that year.
Oil was $38.74/barrel (today $93.68).
