So what is so bad at UPS? Do they kick you in the junk every time you get on or off the plane? I would think that most people could endure even that for $150K + a year. Now I can see hating your job if you have to put up with BS at $16K a year like a regional pilot but at the money UPS and FEDEX guys make they should be able to take A LOT of BS and keep smiling.
It is funny to bounce around the different sections of the board. Fedex hates 777 crews who don't let them jump seat, UPS hates the company itself, Regional pilots hate the low time guys trying to break into the business....etc.
I guess no one in is really happy anywhere.
You can't be a professional airline pilot without hating who you work for in some fashion. After being furloughed twice and soon to be placed behind those hired way after me, I honestly have a hard time understanding where the angst is coming from at UPS. Of course, I have not walked a mile in their shoes so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
