You can't be a professional airline pilot without hating who you work for in some fashion. After being furloughed twice and soon to be placed behind those hired way after me, I honestly have a hard time understanding where the angst is coming from at UPS. Of course, I have not walked a mile in their shoes so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now.
I try to be positive, go to work, have a good time with the crews on layovers and not give UPS an iota of a thought when I am at home but reading the B&G makes it really hard to stay positive. While I don't think management sits around at meetings and says "How can we mess with the pilots?" they really really make things unnecessarily difficult around here. They definitely don't get the "you catch more bees with honey" theory.
