That is a bit harsh. Duksrule has some salient points. We complain about catering, internet, furloughs, etc., but at the same time we're making good coin. There are other airlines out there with furloughs and a host of problems that makes ours look insignificant.

While I wish ups was leaning forward for the economy, the reality is that they have always been very careful moving forward. The reality is that we will probably never have more than 3000 pilots and the upgrade times are going to be 15 yrs +. The good side is that a ups 15 yr fo is making more than a delta capt and can count on job security. Those at the bottom (at any airline) will always be subject to furlough, no matter what is preached at indoc.
