I personally know a couple of senior Republic pilots that hope to fly the bus. Why wouldn't they? Their salary will almost double.
Cause you can go to a better airline with more competent management(maybe) with better benefits with a lower probability of bankruptcy and failure.(maybe but its better than RAH)
