So guys unless I am reading something wrong you DO NOT NEED TAX RETURNS unless 1 of those 3 above conditions apply. All they need is the contact info to your previous places of employment and your transcripts. That is HR's job to verify that you actually worked there, not yours. Well thats how I'm reading it also. I got an interview Fri. Building the two packets now. Paperwork is the only thing I fear. Put a pilot in an unfamilar plane, low vis. low ceiling, icing, turbulance, strong cross wind, single engine ILS approach with inop components, nordo, to an unfamilar airport; no sweat. Now fill out this 5 page report about it. TTHHHHHHHHWWWWWBWBBBBBB!@#$@&, PUKIE.
