Section 1 – Scope
o Industry Competitive Regional Flying restrictions:
o 250 maximum large (less than 95 seats) regional jets (no restriction on props)
o Maximum 6% regional jet flying between hubs
o Minimum 90% into/out of Key/Hub Cities
o Add large regional jets for increases in active mainline fleet (consistent with Delta)
o Allow alliances/marketing arrangements so long as pilot positions protected
o ALPA to keep seat on BOD
o ALPA option to reopen for change in control
o CBA binding on successors and affiliates
o ALPA merger policy
o No obligation to perform struck work
o Company to retain management rights
o Company will continue to oppose cabotage
