Thanks for the good info though!
Due to the stagnation and outsourcing in our industry many interviewees are older than what used to be the average and have much more history. Talking about two years' worth of flying was less complex than talking about a decade. To avoid any errors which could possibly be perceived as lack of "truthiness" (don't you miss Bush?) a candidate might consider ordering some, if not all, the following documentation to prepare:
- PRIA records from former employers (regional airlines' often suck at paperwork and there's no telling what they'll drop into a photocopier for Delta)
- National Driving Record
- Criminal Records
- Payroll Records (which contain your sick time)
- College transcripts (Grad & Undergrad)
- Flight Training Records
They gigged me on a poor grade received in Freshman English at Tech.

(retook the class and made an A the second time)
