Actually heard this about a month ago, and just remembered it. I think it may have taken a month to actually take in and process.
Of course, any TA must pass MEMRAT. Based on every LEC meeting I've been to (I think I missed one in the last three years), I can say that I would be very surprised to be presented with anything I can vote for.
