Perhaps, but the reason this kind of crap is the norm around here is because 'we' do not police ourselves very well at all (a position that LandGreen eloquently points out). Pro Stan and the company manglers aside, the pressure to conform to the will of the group should come directly from the group. I guess it is just difficult getting a bunch of starched, white-collar, professional types to act a bit more blue collar.
