Im curious, how many F9 guys have their resumes out or plan to have them out when other places start hiring? I have honestly never run into another RAH pilot who did not want out the second they could. Most guys think they can afford to wait until a decent carrier will hire. One guy even left to eagle recently...

If (big IF) f9 is still being funded in part by the FFD side of RAH in the future, and when there is a mass exodus of pilots leaving from the RAH side, where will they get the money to keep f9 or RAH operating? Do the F9 pilots have "faith" in Bedford to somehow figure out how to run an airline by then? What Im getting at is that if the operations are kept together sharing the same money, once the retirements, plus the 1500 minimum hiring requirement kicks in, RAH will have a very hard time find qualified applicants to fly on the FFD side. In effect, reducing total RAH revenue significantly enough to endanger the F9 operation. Im sure this wont register with anyone on here but Ive always wondered what might happen. As and RAH pilot, it seems to me the f9 side MUST be spun off to survive long term; because the FFD side wont be making money for the long term. Especially when we have 100 pilots per month leaving here in about 3 years....
