I told our reps what my number is and it is above SWA +1%. For us to get a yes vote they will need to fix everything else and beast the old/current SWA rates by a good margin.
Just remember when filling out the survey, Scope and Pay in that order.
Will we see SWA + 1% in 2013 and will it be on the 88, 737 or 747/777?
I say the TA presented will not best SWA pay in any narrowbody category and I'll be surprised if it bests SWA in any category and scope will at best remain the same but I think the language will need to be reviewed with a microscope, which will be hard since it's so big.
