I can't stand these types of apologies. Everyone knows you're only saying it because you being forced.

It should have gone something like:

What I said is how I feel, sorry if you don't like that. You can think of me however you wish, I really don't care. Last I knew, we have the right to free speech...unless someone gets their feelers hurt. I'm only sorry that what I said, was heard by so many thin-skinned, sensitive whiners.
