As for CPS and TSH. Yes, DAL still owns the jets, TSH has a 10 year deal to fly that gauge of jet, and DAL can let them fly whatever they want within the bounds of our PWA, and their CPA. My guess is, this CPA is a lot more "at risk."
Just remember that TSH has a nice tall order in for a 100 seat jet.
I think it is just a letter of intent; more of a "theoretical" order rather than reality.
