How can they say it doesn't go in your record yet it specifically states in the letter that it will be in their record?
I have no idea what that means except that it is not a policy of my CP to do any of this. I still feel it was a local response to a bigger issue and that the company and ALPA need to decide important details.
I have no issue using it if I need to and if I do, I will be responsible for my actions and do what I can to be at work on time.
