No. If it was a pre-award in PBS, then you get 4 hours credit for each day away towards meeting your min guarantee. Your guarantee will be adjusted to what your remaining flight schedule is. If you dropped the 2 weeks after the PBS award, you lose 2.5 hours of credit towards guarantee for every day away. So if you were on MIL Leave for 14 days, you're new guarantee would be 75hrs-14days*2.5hrs=40 hours min guarantee.

+1...Also, make sure you check the Pro Rate days off page in FLICA and make sure they give you the proper amount of days off. I turn my drill dates in far in advance, but occasionally it still gets messed up. If it does, give Crew Planning a call as soon as you catch it. They've been good about getting it fixed for me.
