I am curious what they are going to do since they obviously aren't relaxing their standards for new pilots even though they still are hurting for "qualified applicants". Even with the reduced times they are turning people away in large numbers. Something is going to have to be done to meet their hiring numbers.

Do U mean they are washing people out in interview or what else they are doing to turn people away.....
If U mean standards are very high, what would would U consider as High standards versus normal standards.
Your opinion will help a lot of us prepare better......
