As Rickair said, the biggest problem is the term "arrest". You cannot get an arrest expunged from your record unless it was gross negligence by the arresting officer, or something along those lines (i.e. discrimination, profiling, etc.). Fact of the matter is you WERE arrested, just not convicted. They would have likely been much more understanding had you said you were. BUT on the flip side, it sounds like they are working with you more than would be expected and I hope for your sake they are understanding with the situation.
IF not, just reapply because they have already shown an interest by giving you an offer, and there will be NO surprises (hopefully
