Are you running Firefox 4 or 5 on a Mac? This problem started with the release of Firefox 4. If this is the case with you, the only solution I know of is to go back to Firefox 3. And I'm not sure how to do that. I've just been putting up with this problem (I'm running the latest version of Firefox) and hoping Delta eventually fixes it.
