Yes, exactly, and the TSA disqualifiers are for some SERIOUS crimes. Pretty sure ALL airlines have much more stringent requirements.

I re-read you original post a few times, it looks like your DUI was reduced to a RECKLESS DRIVING non alcohol, as in a GUILTY PLEA AGREEMENT. Your attorney telling you this would never affect you I think is just him/her blowing smoke up your ass.

Unfortunately you may be in trouble because not only YES you were arrested, but you "Adjudicated or PLEAD" Guilty to Reckless Driving, so in essence you should have said "Yes" to been convicted of a crime...
The reckless driving was a traffic offense not a criminal. Yeah and I wish I would have known that now about the attorney. I'm going to go ahead a get it expunged and get ready to re apply in 90 days unless I get a miracle.
