I'm sure they're not going to let RAH off the hook for gaming the system. It's too blatant and too precedent setting to allow RAH to continue as a DCI. Especially with all that the NMB provided in their ruling.

RAH is 1 airline from Frontier to Shuttle to Chautauqua and our section 1 does not allow an airline to fly for us and fly Airbus A320s and A319s. To not fight this would be suicidal. Because it would be an admission of surrender, inept enforcement capabilities or worse yet a horrifically written PWA on ALPA's brilliant lawyers part, or all of the above.

But how do you go forward with a leadership team that either won't fight, can't fight or trusts lawyers who can't write?

Either way, it'd be a suicidal decision and I just don't think DALPA will go down that road.

That was awkward though. I didn't believe him. He's iceman, he's just luring Maverick in. He flies as cold as ice or something.

But he never stopped saying "you're dangerous..." even when he came over to the 3 man MD-88 crew:
