They already have. After almost 5 years of negotiations the NMB kicked them to the curb and iced them ending all efforts at mediation. With zero progress and no hope of progress the pilot group fired those who came up with that strategy and put in place a more moderate group. That group in turn hired ALPA to assist in the negotiations and provide the political clout to get the process back to the NMB and moving again.
