Negotiating in public is a detriment to both sides. Ask UCAL mgt. how beneficial puttting out a public opener was for them...They are unifying the pilots faster than CALAPLA and UALAPA could have ever dreamed.
Keep closed negotiations closed.
Read all the materials, do some of your own research, spend real time thinking about the contract survey and your "dealbreakers". Take the time to fill out the survey. Be ready to show for SPC events when called upon.
