How come the DPA 3000 strong haven't run up a recall resolution at every single base and installed their own people in every LEC in order to force change?

Surely if you are "involved" enough to send in a card then you are willing to take an extra day out of your life to actually show up at a LEC meeting to make sure your platform will be implemented.

LEC meeting turnout is traditionally very weak, and if there are as many "fencers" out there as are claimed, I'm sure that you could eject the current leadership and give the pilots of delta the leadership of "DPA proponents"......

Start walking the walk of your ideals of "bettering the lives of Delta Pilots", or just stop talking already.
