DAL, AMR, UCAL/CAL are nearing contract negotiations for MAJOR restoration of pay, workrules etc. Take some time to look at the major's threads with some pay comparisons in the past, and future restoration goals.

I hope your NC is taking a look at the data, and talking with their peers. FDX aviators deserve to continue to be industry leaders in pay, workrules, etc. Retirments will kick in soon, in large numbers, and you need to be able to continue to attract top-tier candidates for replacement.......
