Again, lost the grievance because they put the CO code on the flights. Like it or not they are taking advantage of the wording in our scope clause by operating these as UA flights. They didn't flip the arbitrator the bird. It's just creative use of current agreements I hate to say. Why do you think they moved so quickly to marry the two customer websites for ticketing purchases? I hate it. You hate it. Unfortunately there is nothing in our scope language that prevents it.
