About 200-300 people employees and their families.
Video was kinda cool...until the end. When "Surejet" came on the screen nothing but awkard silence. A few minutes later the corporate communications person yelled "you guys are suppose to be clapping"! Moans and a handful of claps came from the crowd. It was classic of people in a state of shock. Corporate communications person, who on the turn of a dime had just lost much of her credibility tried to continue the presentation, but it was obvious she was shaken as her voice was cracking and she tried to hurry through the rest of the event.
BH came to the podium and started telling a story about naming one of his kids, and how it took 24hrs for family members to start liking the new name.
The event was actually pretty nice, lot's of families, prizes, snowcones, popcorn, etc. but the new Company name was surely a letdown to the crowd. People tried to be polite and clap when asked, but it was obvious that the whole thing was more fun BEFORE the big reveal. I actually felt a bit sorry for BH and the Corporate Commuications Lady.
Yes they did video tape it, but I think this is a video we will never see!
