Yes, Yes, Yes - I agree!!!! My point (which I must admit, in hindsight must have been poorly made) was that
individual W-2's are meaningless.
I will repeat this again - indivdual W-2's are meaningless. As was said someone used a DAL FO who made 200K as an example - totally meaningless because that is not the "norm" at DAL.
Do I think DAL Pilots are better compensated than SWA - No. Should we get a raise to match them - absolutely.
For the next guy who has any desire to respond to this post I will save you trouble:
