Right now our passengers are deceived because it looks like a Delta jet but we don't staff or maintain them therefore they're not Delta. Who was it that was getting off a ASA flight and the FO had a "I Love Southwest" lanyard for every passenger to see?

Leaving an RJ last week, it seemed 3/4 of the pax all congregated just outside the AC door. Some lady yelled, "Why don't they just check the bags so we can pick them up downstairs." Then it quickly turned into a near riot with
"Just get me away from this da%^ barbie jet" with laughter all around followed by "So when does Southwest get here?" with more laughter.
Has anyone done a survey about feelings of RJs vs. Mainline jets? Take a few hundred flights on each with a one page scantron form to each pax and in turn give them free beer, nachos, twizlers, and pudding for their feedback.
Southwest certainly knows the answer and will try to capitalize. In any case, good luck.
