I was recently at the Chicago Job fair on the 10th. There was a presentation on the company followed by Q&A. They collected our resmue and did the HR interview. From there if all go's well they will invite you out to SLC for your formal interview. I scheduled an interview date and recieved an email the same day with conformation of day, time, what to bring, and where to stay. Seatownflyer's post above says it all. Skywest is in need of Pilots but will not relax there interview to cover there numbers they need. If you get a chance to go to an open house, DO IT! You get to meet the interview staff (Great People) an find what they are looking for! You will feel more relaxed when you get out to SLC, I know I will be!
Just wanted to say good luck and thanks for the post. I am going to the Denver open house and now I will know what to prepare for. Are the HR questions the typical ones found on airlineinterviews.com? Why Skywest? Have you ever been late? Failed a checkride...etc? I hope your interview goes well and if you don't mind e-mailing me when all is said and done, I would truly appreciate it...
