Show me your thought process on this one. JA vs. JO? JA has 34+ years of unmatched success, is paid below industry average for CEO's (as well as the rest of our VP's) while his pilot group is paid above industry average, has never pulled the $hit JO has (Freedom, Go and MAG TA) and has never furloughed. JO is among the highest paid CEO's, doesn't give a $hit about his labor groups, doesn’t care about creating scab airlines and because of it they have the worst QOL and Pay Package in the industry. Sure compare dollar for dollar and show me how much of an idiot you are! It pi$$e$ me off that all pilots care about is the hourly $, you constantly forget about QOL, bonuses, guaranteed daily/monthly pay, cancellation pay, deadhead pay, training pay, and much more that all add up to give you a good life. We at SKW get paid MUCH more than the hourly rate and we have great QOL policies.

JO vs. JA, no contest! Your comment is easy to state but hard to prove, so try. I want to hear what you have to say. I want to hear why you feel SKW is the next MAG! If your argument is pay then I'll show you my W2 if you show me yours (equal year and position). I don't want to get into a pi$$ing contest about pay but if you think that's way SKW is head down the crapper then, with all due respect, you're narrow minded.
