I worked in Brazil last year. I worked on the 135 side. I really enjoyed the QOL and warm Brazilian culture. I was payed better than in the US and equipment was fairly new (since they are buying up all of the aircraft at a good price from the US). I know that there economy is growing (aviation alone is growing roughly 18%) and all the airlines are hiring. They truly have a pilot shortage. You have to be a Brazilian citizen and hold an ANAC license to work commercially. I was there threw a loophole which allows you to be an instructor until a Brazilian licensed pilot can take over. Then your out. If you have your ANAC license and are a citizen I suggest you get in touch with a buddy who is flying down there to drop your resume or get you some contact number. Like the old saying here "aviation is a small community" its even smaller there, you should have no problem.
