What would you define as decent? If we knew what you were offered and why that was sub-par to you that might help.
How old are you now, so that folks know how long you have to make up for costs incurred with achieving your goal?
Where do you live, and are you willing to relocate...again, those factors are huge in trying to give you an answer.
You may just have to accept a "sub-par" job now to be competetive for the job you have set as your goal. I have seen some of the "second tier" pax airlines require as many as 200 hours multi within the last 12 months.
Lots of experiennced guys out there as a result of the failure of so many airlines in the last few years. Best of luck in your search, hope you find something that fits your search criteria.
