That is true only when both carriers are ALPA, and the arbitrators are using ALPA policy. It's the whole ALPA paradigm thing again.

I can see why they would like it to be considered a career enhancement as far as career expectations go, but reality is that when given the choice of bigger vs. smaller aircraft on the same pay scale (such as UPS), the size of the aircraft holds no value to the pilot. They pretty much bid for wherever they can hold the schedule/trips/base that they want.

My watch is enormous.
