1.) 190's cannot move to the F9 certificate until it's in place. End of August I believe.

2.) Many of the YX guys who were active at acquisition time are senior enough to hold some 13/145 CA slots in MKE if they chose to return. The company would love to upgrade some people without having to take FO's offline.

3.) Once the list is in place RAH will have furloughs again, and I imagine they are going to want to motor through that list fairly quickly. Apparently longevity is going to be negotiated here shortly. In the end that's probably what will determine how many guys come back. I imagine this process will not take very long, but in the eyes of the bean counters any upgrade that doesn't require two training events is a good thing.

4.) Upgrade time is not going to take 7-10 years. It's just not. Do a little more than 0 seconds of research and you can do the math pretty quickly. 2-3 is still pretty realistic. I expect to see the August seniority list update to have a decent amount of names leaving on it again. Once the majors start running regular classes this place won't able to keep people here. Sometime early-mid next year I expect the list to start moving, with 2013 being a big year for movement. If BB can keep the doors open until then everyone here should have upgraded and 1000 PIC by 2014 and be ready to get out.
