Flying charter/frac/biz all depends on who you work for. I have a buddy that flies a Lear for a certain charter operator and his life sucks much more than mine here at CHQ. I have another friend that flies a citation for a similar outfit and he loves it and hardly works. Same way working for Southwest is different than working at Colgan. Both are 121 ops but a world of difference.
