I work for Colgan and would give my left nut for SWA. But the two are in entirely different leagues.

For the OP - just about any regional will have its drawbacks. You should consider bases, differences in pay, res time, QOL, etc. I believe Republic Holdings has orders for several more 190s and C-series... But I don't know the timeline or how transferring between certificates works.

I have a few buddies that work there and, other than the pay, they don't complain a whole lot.
