I believe that Delta has full pay for longevity and as management has offered the Delta contract plus $1 we already should have it. The only way it can go away now is if ALPA gives it away.
I talked to a friend on the merger committee. The Company did not really offer Delta+1 in the JCBA. Bits and pieces of it were offered in CAL's section 6 negotiations. He said longevity for furlough time is near the top of the wishlist for the NC...but it is not a lock. He also mentioned that by the time the fall comes around, the number of "job opportunities" at CAL could double upwards of 400 pilots.
Time shall tell.
