Slowly but surely, we're getting somewhere. Our SLI is NOT changeable. That arbitrated award is done. Not DPA, not ALPA, not any union could change that despite your totally false claims that DPA was all about doing just that. Once and for all, even alfaromeo agrees, our SLI is NOT changeable.
Now, you claim that a seniority list can be re-ordered after an arbitrated award simply through negotiations. I have one simple question:
Could ALPA do this, or is it only the DPA that could do this?
