Let me get this straight...

The eagle MEC went in trying to secure jobs for all current employees and came out with a flow deal that will take 16 years to come through for the junior guys?
This is just another sad tale of the top of the list stepping on the backs of the junior pilots at eagle to get themselves into American without an interview. Didn't you guys learn anything from your last flow deal?

Please correct me if I'm mis-informed, but this smells like crap for the newer guys and gals.
