Please don't make to much of the numbers of deferrals of recall. There are two guys in my department that deferred, but if AA does "take-off" with growing and adding planes will go back and have 1,200 numbers under them. Right now, it isn't worth it to be at the bottom of the list, on reserve, with a pay cut. Put 'em close to a Captain's bid, with security from another furlough, different story. They have 3 years after the last furlough is recalled.
