I would say they are around 0%. Why would they be in any hurry since they have one of the LOWEST compensated pilot groups flying. Meanwhile, management is riding the bonus/pay gravy train thanks to a board of directors who feels only THEY deserve any compensation (and the best in the industry at that no less)..............NOT the WORKERS. Sad, isn't it?
