It depends on what seat you are in, but generally speaking it sure looks like we are understaffed. Now with the pulldown this fall we should be about 8-9% overstaffed. That is from bare bones, PBS min staffing (my math on that one) In reality we are about 3% over staffed from where I have figured they would like to keep staffing.

Summer 2012 block hrs are key, but one would think we are in a pilot crisis the way some of these little tricks are played.
