They better go to ground metering 24/7.
They need to do that anyways. Maybe even a DFW style we'll call you system. I mean doesn't their radar see us at the top and bottom of the ramp.
I think ORD has the best deal to move the most amount of ground traffic... Call meeting 24/7 get your place one line then monitor gound. DFW opens itself to problems of favoritism cause the controller could call only the spots he wants to call.
